It all begins with G&S' trademark custom consultation. We meet with you one on one to talk about your desires, your taste, your personal aesthetic. How better to create a piece of wearable art designed for you alone?

We'll ask your opinions on forms, shapes, style, materials, and more. Do you prefer geometric or organic, flowing forms? Are you looking for a delicate or massive feel? Symmetrical or asymmetrical shapes? Contemporary or traditional style? What gems and precious metals resonate with you? We can create your piece using our own luxurious stones, or work with gem stones you provide.

Next we'll make a few preliminary drawings, actual size designs that reflect your wishes. You choose your favorite.

Then we'll prepare a wax model of the design for casting. The actual stones are used in the wax model, so you can see precisely how the gems will sit. Then a fitting is done using the wax model to ensure the perfect fit.

The model is then cast in the precious metal or metals, and the stones are set.

From our first meeting to delivery of the anticipated masterpiece, the whole process takes about two and a half weeks.

You may also choose to have us create the design, and take an actual size color photo print of our drawing or the wax model to have cast elsewhere.
